The first 12 issues were published by the Sierra club, the last one by the American Alpine Club. The first issue was in May 1967, the last in 1999. The 1984 issue was published as a hardback with a dust jacket ( bottom edge rough), the others are all softbound with stiff glossy covers. Most issues are in VG condition. Scarce 1967 & 1968 issues covers scuffed - a rare opportunity to read the most important essays in rock climbing and alpinism from the 1960s-1990s - $NZ225
